There are 46 Achievements (15 Secret) with a total of 1,000 Gamerscore points to earn in the Xbox 360 version.
There are 47 Trophies (15 Hidden) that can be earned in the PS3 version. Earn Bronze (34), Silver (9), Gold (3), and Platinum (1) Trophies to increase your Gamer Level.
Epic Mickey 2 Achievements Guide
1. Apprentice Pin Collector (10G) — Acquired a Collectible Pin for the first time
Collectible Pin Location #1 can be found in the "Yen Sid's Lab" Prologue level at the start of the game.
It's shown where to find it at 11 minutes into this video guide.
2. Clear! (10G) — Mickey revived Oswald while playing co-op
3. Devoted Pin Collector (25G) — Found 88 Collectible Pins
4. Dressed to Impress (30G) — Collected every Costume
5. Dress-up (10G) — Changed costumes for the first time
6. Fall From Grace (20G) — Entered Angel Falls, exited Devil Falls
7. Film Buff (30G) — Collected every 2D Film Reel
8. Who Left These Lying Around? (10G) — Rescued all the gremlins
9. Get with the Program (10G) — Reprogrammed a Beetleworx
Oswald can use his Electric Remote to zap enemies. If he does it continuously for long enough, he'll reprogram enemies to become friendly.
You can first do this BEFORE you enter the D.E.C. to Rainbow Falls. In the room before it one of the doors holds a Beetleworx.

11. Heroes of Wasteland (25G) — Built both statues in OsTown
12. Junker (10G) — Destroyed 50 enemies

15. Master Pin Collector (75G) — Collected 176 Collectible Pins

17. Off Track (25G) — Shuttered all four train stations
18. Oswald's New Groove (10G) — Finished Dark Beauty Castle with two players
19. Perfectionist (75G) — Finished all quests
20. Picture Perfect (10G) — Got all three of Metairie's pictures
21. Prince Charming (25G) — Befriended 100 enemies
22. Projector Corrector (20G) — Restarted the Rainbow Falls Substation
23. Recycler (10G) — Befriended 50 enemies
24. Rogues Gallery (20G) — Photographed every enemy
25. Staff Photographer (30G) — Got all Adelle's photos from the official Picture Spots
26. Statue Garden (50G) — Awakened every Spirit
27. Thinderella (25G) — Destroyed 100 enemies
28. Tunnel Mouse (10G) — Played through every D.E.C.
29. Walking the Mean Streets (20G) — Navigated both halves of Mean Street
30. We've Got Spirit, Yes We Do! (10G) — Awakened a Spirit
31. When You Wish Upon a Star (10G) — Painted every star and comet in Yen Sid's Lab
The stars and comets you can paint are found in the "Yen Sid's Lab" Prologue level at the start of the game.
You'll see them on the left & right sides as you go up the stone stairs that you have to paint to stand on/walk up.

33. Dragon Defeat (30G) — Defeated the Blotworx Dragon
34. Fortified (20G) — Scouted a path through Fort Wasteland

36. Go with the Flow (20G) — Solved OsTown's Thinner problem
37. Hard Hat Area (20G) — Got through Ventureland's construction area

39. Running the Gauntlet (20G) — Got through Blot Alley by any means
